At Brunswick Billiards, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For large furniture and billiard tables, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a professional pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and completeness, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs.
